1. القبول / Acceptance

2. طبيعة الخدمة / Nature of the service
يوفّر المنتج معلومات ومسارات تواصل تتعلق بطلبات الخدمات الحكومية والإدارية. لا يُعدّ بديلاً عن الجهات الحكومية الرسمية؛ الأحكام النهائية والوثائق الرسمية تصدر من الجهات المختصة.
The product provides information and communication paths related to governmental and administrative service requests. It is not a substitute for official government authorities; final determinations and official documents are issued by the competent authorities.
3. طلب الخدمة والدفع / Requests and payment
قد تتضمن عملية الطلب التواصل عبر واتساب أو قنوات أخرى يتم الاتفاق عليها. الأسعار والمدد المعروضة في الموقع أو التطبيق تهدف إلى التوضيح؛ التفاصيل النهائية تُؤكَّد عند التواصل المباشر. أي تعليمات دفع (بما في ذلك العملات الرقمية إن وُجدت) تخضع للاتفاق المباشر والامتثال للقوانين المعمول بها.
Service requests may involve WhatsApp or other agreed channels. Prices and timelines shown are indicative; final terms are confirmed in direct communication. Any payment instructions (including cryptocurrency where applicable) are subject to direct agreement and applicable laws.
4. سلوك المستخدم / Acceptable use
يُحظر استخدام المنتج بشكل يخالف القانون، أو لإرسال محتوى ضار أو مضلل، أو لمحاولة تعطيل الموقع أو التطبيق.
You must not use the product unlawfully, to send harmful or misleading content, or to disrupt the site or app.
5. طرف ثالث / Third parties
قد يتضمن المنتج روابط أو وظائف لطرف ثالث (مثل واتساب أو أداة الدردشة). استخدامك لتلك الخدمات يخضع لشروط وأحكام المزوّدين المعنيين.
The product may include links or features from third parties (such as WhatsApp or a chat widget). Your use of those services is subject to the relevant providers' terms.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية / Disclaimers
يُقدَّم المحتوى والمعلومات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، ضمن أقصى ما يسمح به القانون المعمول به. لا نضمن اكتمال المعلومات أو خلوها من الأخطاء أو ملاءمتها لكل حالة. ليست لدينا مسؤولية عن أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن الاعتماد على هذا الموقع أو التطبيق أو على قنوات الطرف الثالث (مثل واتساب)، باستثناء ما لا يجوز الاستثناء منه قانوناً.

7. التغييرات / Changes
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط. الاستمرار في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يعني الموافقة على النسخة المحدّثة ما لم يُنصّ على خلاف ذلك.
We may modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms unless stated otherwise.
8. القانون الواجب التطبيق / Governing law
تخضع هذه الشروط للقوانين المعمول بها في الولاية القضائية التي يعمل فيها مشغّل الخدمة، دون الإخلال بأي قواعد إلزامية تمنحك حقوقاً كمستهلك في مكان إقامتك. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو عن استخدام المنتج يُحال إلى المحاكم المختصة في تلك الولاية، ما لم يقتضِ القانون خلاف ذلك.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator conducts business, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Any dispute arising from these terms or use of the product shall be subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
